Derbee Cloudwalker Test
For its December 2025 issue, Modèle Magazine tasked Christophe Rocourt, a renowned top-level glider pilot, with testing the Derbee Cloudwalker.
He considers the model to be ideal for training and developing skills in both flatland and slope flying.
It takes just one hour to prepare it for flight. The author recommends replacing the Y-cable between the aileron servos with extension wires to allow for aileron differential adjustment. He also notes that the suggested battery is too heavy for proper balance, recommending a 3S 1300 mAh LiPo instead.
In terms of flight performance, the author views the Cloudwalker as a more affordable alternative to the renowned EasyGlider.
