Derbee's C400 in Modèle Magazine

A CESSNA THAT REALLY CHANGES!

Charly Bordier opens his review of the C400 Derbee with this title. Even though few modellers know it, it is actually a model of an aircraft produced by Cessna. It was originally produced by Columbia under the name “Columbia 400” and was later renamed “Corvalis TT”.

Charly was particularly impressed by the mini-model's reduced weight of 750 g, meaning that it doesn't need to be declared to the authorities as it falls below the fateful 800-gram mark.

The test highlights its compact size and good value for money, and the author specifies that it is aimed at experienced pilots with a hard runway compatible with the small wheels of this park flyer.

Its dynamic flight is enhanced by effective flaps with no parasitic torque. Unlike the real aircraft, the C400 Derbee is aerobatic and offers 11 minutes of flight time with a 1300 mAh LiPo 3S battery.

In conclusion, this is a very positive review of a fun model that won't break the bank, unlike the real thing!
