A higher viscosity CA, Insta-Cure+ is very well suited for bonding surfaces that are less well fitting, the higher viscosity allowing the medium to bridge any gaps that are present in the joint.
Typically the adhesive is applied to one surface after which the parts are held firmly together while curing takes place. For laminating, where larger surface areas are bonded Insta-Cure+ is the ideal choice. Laying down beads of glue across the surface prevents premature curing and bringing the surfaces together causes the beads to spread out optimizing the contact area that is bonded.

USAGE
Unscrew top from nozzle. For finer applications, use the extender tip. Apply Insta-Cure+™ CA to one side of the parts being joined, then hold them tightly together for 5-15 seconds. For larger bonding areas, apply serpentine beads of the CA with enough spacing to allow for the spreading of the adhesive. Insta-Set™ accelerator can be sprayed to cure the CA that oozes from joints. Full strength is reached in three hours. Wipe the nozzle clean before replacing screw-on top. Refrigerate to extend shelf life. Cured CA is stable from -40 to 220° F. Soak extender tip in acetone for cleaning.
GENERAL SAFETY INFORMATIONS ABOUT CA :
While holding the bottle upright, loosen top to relieve internal pressure, then re-tighten. Remove cap and cut off end of tip. Hold parts lightly together and apply glue on seam for instant bonding. Full strength is reached in 1 hour.
