PLASTIC-CURE™ is a gap-filling formulation of CA that works best on plastics. It is packaged in a bottle with a brush built into its top, which in many cases is an easier way to apply the CA. As long as brush is put back into the bottle after use, the bristles of the brush will not harden. Care must be taken, however, not to introduce foreign material into the bottle. The brush should not be used, for example, to apply CA to wood that has been freshly sanded. Plastic-Cure will also bond wood, but its brush applicator at times will not be the best way to apply it. Plastic-Cure is superior for the application of false nails and wraps on fingernails, where its brush is the preferred method of application.
GEBRUIK
Draai de dop voorzichtig los. Breng Plastic-Cure™ aan op een van de oppervlakken van de samen te voegen delen en houd de delen 10-20 seconden stevig tegen elkaar. Plastic-Cure™ laat doorzichtig plastic niet bevriezen en werkt op wit schuim. Insta-Set™ Accelerator moet worden gebruikt bij het aan elkaar lijmen van twee stukken schuim. Volledige sterkte wordt bereikt na 3 uur. Overtollige uitgeharde lijm kan worden verwijderd door over het gebied te wrijven met een papieren handdoek gedrenkt in Un-Cure™. Koel bewaren om de houdbaarheid te verlengen. Uitgeharde CA is stabiel van -40° tot 220° F.
ALGEMENE VEILIGHEIDSINFORMATIE OVER CA :
Terwijl u de fles rechtop houdt, draait u de dop los om de inwendige druk te ontlasten en draait u deze vervolgens weer vast. Verwijder de dop en snij het uiteinde af. Houd de onderdelen lichtjes tegen elkaar en breng lijm aan op de naad voor een onmiddellijke hechting. Volledige sterkte wordt na 1 uur bereikt.
